Our Optometrists have worked together at Charrington, Cross, Liversidge and Partners for more than 15 years and have over 50 years of combined experience.

Bhavni Shah - BSc (Hons) MCOptom
With more than 20 years of experience, Bhavni is a fully qualified Ophthalmic Optometrist. She is passionate about Optometry and eye care today as she was 20 years ago.
During her career, she has worked for both independent and multiple practices in and around Hertfordshire.
Having worked in the Optical industry for more than 24 years, Bhavni’s friendly and professional approach has won her many friends and patients alike.
Amee Radia - BSc (Hons) MCOptom
Amee graduated from Cardiff University in 2002 with First Class Honours Degree in Optometry. She finished her professional qualification and industry experience the follow year. She has been delivering excellent eyecare with Charrington, Cross, Liversidge and Partners since 2004, working alongside the original partners.
Now proud joint owner of the company, she strives to maintain the high standards of care and efficiency that our patients expect and deserve.
Adrienne Dalcher - BSC (Hons), MCOptom, DipCLP
Adrienne Dalcher is a proficient Optometrist with over 30 years experience and a caring clinical outlook. She gained a postgraduate diploma in contact lens practice and is a member of the British Contact Lens Association. She has undertaken further study in therapeutics and is Minor Eye Conditions (MECS) accredited. She was a clinical supervisor in the Orthoptics and the Contact Lens Departments at the Institute of Optometry (formerly The London Refraction Hospital).
She has maintained skills in all aspects of optometry, including refraction, eye examination, spectacle dispensing and contact lens fitting. She is currently active in local cataract and glaucoma enhancement schemes and has a special interest in the problems of the visually impaired, representing the local optical committee on the multidisciplinary Barnet Vision Strategy Group. She is also the treasurer of the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Local Optical Committee.
Meetal Patel - BSc (Hons) MCOptom DipOph
Having joined the practice in October 2016, Meetal is the newest Optometrist in the team. She qualified from City University in 2005, and has worked all across the board ranging from multiples to hospitals and corporate eyecare to independent practices.
In 2012 she undertook further study and obtained a Diploma in Ophthalmology, working alongside an ophthalmologist at St. Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, in the Eye Casualty clinic gaining key experience in examining and managing many eye conditions.
She has a special interest in dry eye, and in 2014 undertook a cours in this field. She has been able to help many patients better manage their dry eye syndrome and offer relief from this extremely common but rather troublesome condition. She also has a special interest in soft contact lens fitting, in particular varifocal contact lenses. As you can see, she is fast becoming an invaluable member of our team.
